We were connected with a small carrier looking to build up their fleet and add new OTR drivers all over 48 states. We have decided that the best approach would be Facebook ads, as the recruiter only had 15 trucks ready to go. We ran a 2 month campaign with the budget of $10000. We achieved $5 lead cost. The recruited has put 8 drivers on the road by the end of the campaign. However decided to keep it going again, to cover leaving drivers. We work very close with them to this day as they seek to expand their fleet in this difficult economy.

The main challenge was that the leads were not qualified correctly and the company was getting leads that are not fit to be recruited.
