CDLA Leads, Inc. (“CDL-A Leads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) runs cdlaleads.com. We connect CDL-A truck drivers who are looking for work with trucking companies (“carriers”) that are hiring them, and we sell driver leads to carriers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect the personal information of drivers who sign up with us, drivers whose information we receive from other sources, carrier customers, and visitors to our website.

1. Information We Collect

Driver contact information: name, phone number, email address, city and state.
Driver job information: CDL-A experience, the type of job and trailer you want, and other details you choose to share with us or our recruiting partner.
Carrier customer information: name, company, work email, phone number, fleet size, the markets you hire in, and order details.
Communication records: records of calls, text messages and emails with us.
Website technical data: our hosting provider processes basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect personal information when you:

Sign up as a driver on our website (cdlaleads.com/cdl-a-jobs) or request pricing or a lead order through our website.
Provide your mobile phone number and check an SMS consent checkbox on one of our website forms, expressly consenting to receive text messages.
Talk with us or our recruiting partner by phone, text or email.

We also receive information about CDL-A drivers who are actively looking for work from job-board resumes, direct-response campaigns and licensed data providers.

3. How We Use Your Information

To match drivers with carriers hiring in their area, and to contact drivers about CDL-A jobs.
To check a driver's license class, experience and current job search before a lead is delivered.
To prepare, price and deliver lead orders to carrier customers, including replacement leads.
To answer questions and provide customer support.
To send text messages as described in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not currently use advertising pixels, analytics cookies or other tracking technologies. If we add them, we will update this policy first. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and checking an SMS consent checkbox on one of our website forms, you agree to the following:

Program description: drivers may receive text messages from CDL-A Leads or our recruiting partner Our Presence Inc. about their sign-up, job matches, document requests, interview and orientation scheduling, and onboarding. Carrier customers may receive texts about pricing, orders and delivery.
Opt-in method: consent is collected through the forms on cdlaleads.com. You must check a consent checkbox to opt in. Consent is never pre-checked and is not a condition of signing up or buying anything.
Message frequency: message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates: standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier if you are unsure about your plan.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
Help: reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at cdlaleads@gmail.com.
Privacy: your mobile number and opt-in data will not be shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. How We Share Your Information

With carriers hiring CDL-A drivers: when you sign up as a driver, or when we receive your information as a driver looking for work, we share your name, contact information, location and driving experience with trucking companies that are hiring CDL-A drivers and that pay us for driver leads, so they can contact you about jobs. Carriers do not receive your SMS opt-in or consent records, and your consent to receive texts from us does not let a carrier text you.
With our recruiting partner: Our Presence Inc. (Our Presence Recruiting), a CDL-A recruiting company that works with us, may contact you to match you with open positions at its carrier clients.
With service providers: companies that host our website, send our email, and run our customer-records and texting platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing.
As required by law: we may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

We do not sell or share carrier customers' contact information. We never sell, rent or share SMS opt-in data or consent with anyone.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Stop sharing or delete your information: drivers can ask us at any time to stop sharing their information with carriers, or to correct or delete it, by emailing cdlaleads@gmail.com or calling 224-813-3434. We will stop future sharing; carriers that already received your information keep their own records.
Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
State privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Contact us to make a request. We will not treat you differently for making one.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Age

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
