1. Program Description

CDLA Leads, Inc. (“CDL-A Leads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates SMS messaging programs to communicate with (1) CDL-A truck drivers who sign up on cdlaleads.com, about their sign-up, job matches, document requests, interview and orientation scheduling, and onboarding updates; and (2) carrier customers, about pricing, lead orders, delivery and account updates. Messages to drivers may be sent by CDL-A Leads or by our recruiting partner, Our Presence Inc. (Our Presence Recruiting).

2. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, do not provide your phone number or check any SMS consent checkbox on our website forms.

3. Consent & Opt-In

By submitting your mobile phone number through an opt-in form on our website (cdlaleads.com) and checking one or both SMS consent checkboxes, you consent to receive the type(s) of text messages indicated. You may opt in to informational messages, marketing messages, or both; each is independent and optional.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of signing up, applying for any position or buying any service.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You will typically receive 1 to 5 messages per active sign-up, job match or order.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier's plan. CDL-A Leads does not charge for SMS messages. Contact your mobile carrier with questions about your messaging plan.

6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages. To re-subscribe, reply UNSTOP.

8. Privacy & Data Sharing

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information is used only to communicate with you about your sign-up, job matches or order. 9. Carrier Disclaimer

CDL-A Leads is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier support may vary by region.

10. Supported Carriers

This SMS program is available on AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, US Cellular, Cricket Wireless, Google Fi, and other major U.S. wireless carriers.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
